Chinese food became an instant hit with Indians, and we added our flavours to make a new cuisine called Desi Chinese. We love our food spicy and Schezwan is definitely our favorite. Let's look at this quick & easy recipe of Vegetable Schezwan Fried Rice.
Ingredients - Chopped Ginger, Dried Red Chillies, Soy Sauce (Optional), Schezwan Sauce, Chopped Beans, Chopped Carrot, Chopped Capsicum, Chopped Spring Onion Whites & Green (For cooking & garnishing), cooked Rice.
Heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped ginger and dried red chillies. Add all the vegetables one after the other partially cook them. Add schezwan sauce and cook the veggies properly. Add the cooked rice and mix everything for a couple of minutes. Finally garnish with spring onion and turn off the flame. Serve the Vegetable Schezwan Fried Rice with Love, for TASTE!
